You'll notice on a number of manufacturers locks the Acronyms TSA and HMRC. Locks recognised by these organisations are useful when travelling to and within the USA and UK, as well as other select airports around the world. Should a physical inspection of your baggage be required, security officers from within these regions may not need to cut your lock, as the officers have access to a master key.
