Certificate II in Security Operations is a program designed to meet entry requirements for licensing as an Unarmed Security Officer or Crowd Controller. In order to qualify for a crowd controller’s/security officer – unarmed licence from 1 July 2008, you must have completed the units of competency listed below and been assessed as competent by a registered training provider.
